Absolutely beautiful arrangement. Delivery was on time. BUT I ordered this particular arrangement because of the tulips…they are mom’s favorite and there were absolutely zero Tulips in the arrangement. ---- Florist's Response: Tulips are not always available, we do have a substitution policy on the webpage. We try to recreate arrangements as close as we can. The best time for tulips is early spring and Christmas. Thank you for your order.
